With 50 unique entries, Florida is ranked 7th in the U.S. by the Project on Emerging Nanotechnologies (PEN). Melbourne-based Harris Corporation has signed a new, multi-year contract with Carnival Corporation to provide cruise ships with significantly more satellite bandwidth, a modern all-IP network, and operational support of onboard equipment including dual C-band and Ku-band antennas for seamless global coverage and high reliability. RTI International will provide simulation technology training to soldiers as part of a contract for the Abrams Maintenance Training System by the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation in Orlando (read more).
