The Coca-Cola Co. said Tuesday that it is spending $2 billion to support the planting of 25,000 acres of new orange groves in Florida, a move officials are lauding as a major investment in the Sunshine State's citrus industry. Seventeen Florida banks that received capital through the Small Business Lending Fund have increased their small business lending by $302 million between 2010 and the end of the third quarter of 2012. In a new BizCosts.com report by The Boyd Co., Orlando has been named the nation's least expensive city to launch a corporate headquarters. Florida cities claimed 5 of the top 20 low cost leader spots, dominating the rankings. No other state placed more than one city on the top 20 list.
